The Kaizen Business Growth Consultant Program™ provides individuals with the background, desire, and commitment to improve the lives of small business owners with the methodologies and tools to do so. At Kaizen, we have developed and tested a systematic approach to large-scale business growth that has helped small business owners achieve extraordinary results. Now, we are offering our intensive training system to extraordinary individuals who already have the intuitive ability to empower small business owners, but who are looking for a structured process to give them access to action and the capacity to generate reoccurring revenue.

Our Qualifications
At Kaizen Consulting, we have:
- A firm understanding of private business, based upon 16+ years of supporting owners of small and medium businesses. Direct experience, as you know, is the very best teacher.
- Developed a structured approach to business growth, covering all of the major areas that impact business owners.
- An understanding of the need for individual support in growing a business, based in a combination of:
- Direct experience – being able to relate at an emotional level to the ups and downs of business ownership, and
- Knowledge of fundamental business processes that impact different businesses in different industries (including how to free up owners to be able to be more strategic).
- A keen awareness of the need to listen for the nuances and variations/special circumstances which make every business unique.
- An appreciation for and fundamental respect of the individual entrepreneur who possesses the courage to step into the business world. Knowing first hand what it takes to deal with the uncertainties of the marketplace, while creating or growing a business that supports their goals in life.
- An understanding of the power of partnering with others, based upon complementary strengths and skills to really tap the synergies available to business owners and their customers through this phenomenon that is core to all businesses — the Value Exchange.
